Thread Recruitment approached me to design two strategic marketing brochures aimed at helping their clients improve how they attract and engage talent. The primary piece—a Candidate Attraction Playbook—was created as an educational resource, outlining best practices for writing compelling job ads and building a strong employer brand.

Working with pre-approved copy and their existing brand toolkit, my role was to transform the content into clear, engaging, and visually cohesive brochures that reflected Thread’s bold yet human tone. This also included applying their established identity system across layouts to ensure consistency across both print and digital formats.
