what’s the process?

I will contact you by email to discuss your ideas further, by your preferred choice of communication (email or call). Once the deliverables are confirmed, I will send over a project proposal with a breakdown of the goals, scope of work, timeline & quote for you to review.
Step 01.Enquire via my website
Once you have reviewed the proposal and you are ready to secure your booking slot, a *50% non refundable deposit is required along with the contract signed. I will send over the branding questionnaire to provide further insight into your business, and the research phase will begin.

Step 02.Project Proposal
Strategy & Creative Direction
For both branding and website design projects I will conduct relevant market research before designing. For branding projects an annotated creative direction & strategic document will be sent for approval before I begin designing the brand identity.
Step 03.For branding projects I will send over the first proof branding presentation, an annotated PDF explaining each design decision. For website projects, a video walkthrough of the website will be sent, explaining and showcasing the first proof. Once sent, you will have *one round of amendments to provide all feedback.

Now that you have your new branding and website, we are ready to launch! Share your new look with your audience, build trust and see results. I keep long-lasting relationships with my clients, helping them as their business grows.

Yes, for most projects, a 50% deposit of the total amount is necessary before commencing work. The remaining 50% becomes due upon approval of the files, prior to delivery.

I allow for 2 rounds of revisions after initial designs have been sent. If you wish to make additional changes after that, there is a $50 fee per additional round of revisions. This amount will be invoiced after designs have been approved, prior to delivery.

It’s reveal time! I present the full brand identity, explain the thought process behind each design choice, and we make any final tweaks. Once everything’s approved and the final payment is completed, you receive your full brand package—guidelines, assets, and everything you need to shine.
